Is-sinjal għal FITTEX isir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ V mgħawwġa bil-pala tħares’l isfel livell mal-għonq qrib ta’ xulxin. Imbagħad jitbiegħdu minn xulxin waqt li jżommu l-istess forma u jimxu ’l quddiem f’ċirku. Il-ħarsa tal-wiċċ matul is-sinjal hija dik ta’ attenzjoni kbira ’l isfel lejn l-ispazju bejn l-idejn.
Hemm varjazzjoni ta’ dan is-sinjal. Din issir b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ V mgħawġa ġieli iktar ’il fuq, ħdejn l-għajnejn. Il-wiċċ idur mas-swaba’ waqt li l-għajnejn iħarsu ’l hemm u ’l hawn matul is-sinjal.
The sign for LOOK FOR is made with both hands in the shape of curved V. The hands are placed, palms diagonally downwards, close to each other at neck level. Then they move away from each other whilst keeping the same shape and form a circle to the front. The signer looks intently at the space between the hands throughout the sign.
There is a variation of this sign. It is made with one hand in the shape of curved V often higher up, near the eyes. The face turns alongside the fingers whilst the eyes gaze here and there throughout the sign.
